Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, colors, sizes, materials, and embroidery details accurately.

Actual colors may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, garment dye lots, and thread availability. Handmade embroidery may have minor variations in texture and appearance.

These variations do not excuse a material defect or a failure to meet the approved order specifications.

Custom Orders and Customer Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the spelling, names, sizes, garment colors, thread colors, design choices, and other details submitted for personalization.

Full payment is required before materials are purchased or production begins, unless different written terms have been agreed upon for a specific order.

Once production begins, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible. Any approved changes may affect pricing and delivery time.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the store's applicable currency and may change before an order is placed.

Payment must be completed through the payment method and terms provided at checkout or in an approved invoice or quote.

For approved alternative payment arrangements, customers must follow the payment instructions provided by Colour Splash Creations, LLC.

Bulk and Organization Orders

School, business, team, and organizational orders may require a written quote, garment and design approval, size confirmation, a deposit or full payment, and an agreed production schedule.

The specific written quote and accepted order terms will govern the project where they provide additional details. Production begins only after the required approvals and payments have been received.

Customers are responsible for confirming that they are authorized to provide and use any logos, artwork, names, or other materials submitted for reproduction.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Production and shipping timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Shipping costs and delivery arrangements will be disclosed at checkout or in the approved quote.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and concerns about damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes a customer's rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

Website content, original artwork, product photographs, branding, and other materials owned by Colour Splash Creations, LLC may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customers submitting artwork or logos represent that they have the necessary rights or authorization to provide those materials for the requested work.

We may decline an order when we reasonably believe the requested reproduction is unauthorized or unlawful.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website security, or misuse our content or services.

Third-Party Services
