Colour Splash Creations, LLC creates custom embroidered apparel and personalized products. Many items are made to order, so production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Order Processing

Production begins after full payment is received and all required order details, personalization information, and design approvals have been completed.

Processing times vary by product, order size, embroidery complexity, material availability, and current workload. The estimated production timeframe displayed on the product listing, approved quote, or order confirmation will apply to your order.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout or communicated in your approved quote.

Shipping costs may vary based on package weight, dimensions, destination, selected service, and order quantity.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may apply where permitted by law.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date or transit time provided is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Please order early if your purchase is intended for a school event, game day, birthday, holiday, or other time-sensitive occasion.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be provided after the shipment is processed. Tracking updates and delivery scans are controlled by the carrier.

If tracking indicates a delivery problem, contact the carrier and notify us so we can help investigate.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Contact us promptly if your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe. Please include your order number and any relevant tracking information or photographs.

We will review the circumstances and assist with the carrier's investigation and an appropriate resolution under applicable law.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered for your order, pickup arrangements and availability will be communicated separately. Please wait for confirmation that your order is complete and ready before collecting it.

Bulk Orders

Shipping arrangements for school, business, team, and organizational orders will be specified in the approved quote. Large orders may require separate shipping estimates, multiple packages, or coordinated delivery arrangements.
